Our traders do not sell financial products to customers. Our traders use the firms capital to develop and execute proprietary trading strategies that make markets and provide liquidity to the financial markets.

We have the best technologists in the world and are hiring experienced developers
to become part of that group. Virtu is applied technology—our developers do not build
widgets for a customer deployment—they write algorithms that make money. Our technologists are passionate about the financial markets. However, industry experience, or an educational focus in finance, is not a prerequisite.
